Sasha Costanza-Chock is a media activist and researcher who works on the political economy of communication, tactical media production, and the transnational movement for communication rights. He holds an MA in Communication from the University of Pennsylvania, and is a doctoral student at the Annenberg School for Communication at the University of Southern California. Currently, he also works with the international campaign for Communication Rights (http://www.crisinfo.org), the Access to Knowledge initiative (http://www.access2knowledge.org), and the Indymedia video distribution network (http://video.indymedia.org).
