Training in "Education Ecology"

Orientation of proposal

The school curriculum should include training in information ecology, i.e. having available tools that permit, initially, the user to become an enlightened consumer and actor in networks.

Context

How can individuals protect their freedom as both consumers and as citizens on the Net ? How can one avoid being filed ? How is it possible to avoid aggressive spam against one’s will ? How is it possible to distinguish between advertising and disinterested information ? What are the rules of "Netetiquette" that permit mutual respect on the Net ? How is it possible to avoid propagating false information (for example, chain letters, false viruses, etc.) ? These are all questions and answers that require systematic teaching at the same time as the tools.
