Felix Stalder is co-founder of Openflows, a network company specializing in the technical and social aspects of on-line collaborative environments, and free software in general. He is also a lecturer in media economy at the Academy of Arts and Design in Zurich, Switzerland. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto and has written extensively on “open source as a social principle” for academic and popular media. He lives in Vienna.
