Associate Researcher at CEAN (IEP-CNRS) Bordeaux, Raphaël Ntambue is also Director of the IRTAVI research institute in Brussels and chief editor of the Revue des problématiques africaines.
He has a PhD in Philosophy and Literature, in addition to two Masters in Computing and in Development Cooperation. He was Associated Research Director at CNRS and is currently guest researcher at the École Nationale d’Administration in Strasbourg. He has written several books and articles on the Internet, Africa and development issues.
